Google and the state of Delaware have announced an initiative to provide Delaware residents with free access to Google career certificates and AI courses.
What does the initiative include?
The initiative includes:
- Google AI courses: Fundamental offerings, including Google's Professional AI Certificate, which help residents learn to use AI tools to increase productivity in the workplace, write effective promotions, and build customized applications through coding.
- Google Career Certificates: Job-ready training in high-demand fields, including cybersecurity, data analysis, digital marketing, e-commerce, IT support, project management, and UX design.
Benefits of the initiative
More than 70% of Google Career Certificate program graduates report a positive career outcome within six months of completing the program, which typically takes three to six months of flexible, part-time study.
Delaware residents can obtain more information and apply for a no-cost learning license through the Delaware Department of Labor.
